Luigi Rosselli Architects take a humanist approach to architecture and design to create empathetic buildings that flow and appeal to the senses. A sense of the cinematic runs throughout the practice, while remaining grounded in the functionality of modern living. Rosselli has more than three decades of international experience in Milan, Switzerland and New York, and is based in Sydney.


Alwill Interiors is a respected interior design studio specialising in high-quality resident and boutique commercial projects. Astute attention to materiality, proportion, spatial flow and the interplay of colour and light within architecture and nature is the enduring focus of the firm’s refined work. Founded in 2005 by Romaine Alwill, the practice delivers sophisticated multi-level projects grounded in refined yet practical luxury.


Black Beetle is a landscape architectural practice focused on providing thoughtful and innovative design solutions based on a deep understanding of the social, environmental and functional concerns affecting landscape. Directors Giselle Barron and Ilia Kokalevski focus on melding nature and architecture to create quality designs that are inspirational, fresh, effective and practical for many years to come.


The Museum of Contemporary Art Australia (MCA) is Australia’s leading museum dedicated to exhibiting, collecting and interpreting the work of today’s artists. In 2020, the MCA partnered with Top Spring Australia, with the vision to embed art and creativity throughout the Top Spring Australia experience and develop and deliver unique, exclusive opportunities for Double Bay residents to engage with the Museum, its Collection and its artists.
